Nick is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions group. Nick’s practice focuses on the formation, use, and governance of Delaware business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and limited and general partnerships. Nick regularly renders third-party legal opinions in connection with structured finance, commercial real estate, and other transactions involving Delaware entities.
Prior to joining Berger McDermott, Nick worked as a paralegal for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s New York office and served as a legislative intern for the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C.
Nick graduated from Colgate University with an A.B. in Political Science and Creative Writing and earned a J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Nick was a managing editor of student works of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and a member of the Scarpa Corporate Negotiation Team.
