Charmi is an associate with Berger McDermott’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Charmi served as a judicial law clerk at the Superior Court of Delaware where she worked on criminal, civil, and complex commercial litigation cases.

Charmi earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Selena E. Molina of the Court of Chancery in Delaware. While at Widener, Charmi was a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, a research assistant to then-Dean Rodney Smolla, and a member of Moot Court Honor Society. Before law school, Charmi was a tax accountant at national public accounting firm.
