Alexandra Sugg is an associate in Berger McDermott’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice group. Alex focuses her practice on the formation, use, and governance of Delaware business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and limited and general partnerships. Alex also provides third-party legal opinions in connection with structured finance, commercial real estate, and other transactions involving Delaware entities.
Alex is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews in St. Andrews, Scotland and the Georgetown University Law Center. During her time at Georgetown Law, she was able to study transnational law at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies at King’s College London and was on the staff of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review. Alex has interned with the U.S. Department of State, the Institute of Museum and Library Services General Counsel’s Office, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel’s ADR Unit, and assisted lawyers in the Washington, DC area.
