Peter McGivney Joins Berger Harris

Berger Harris is pleased to announce that Peter McGivney has joined the firm as an associate.  Peter’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.  Peter has experience litigating cases in every state and federal court in Delaware, as well as state and federal courts in Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining Berger Harris, Peter was an associate at Elzufon, Austin & Mondell, P.A. where he concentrated his practice in professional liability defense litigation, representing healthcare providers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals.  Peter served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable M. Jane Brady of the Superior Court of Delaware and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Supreme Court of Delaware.  Peter received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2012.
