The law firm of Berger Harris celebrated its fifth anniversary on October 1, 2014. The Wilmington-based firm, founded on October 1, 2009 by Benjamin “Buddy” Berger and Jack Harris, has grown to include attorneys Brian Gottesman, Michelle Quinn, Mike McDermott, Suzanne Holly, Chris Messa and David Anthony. Berger Harris attorneys are supported by staff members Marsha Nicholls, Wendy Halligan, Andrew Klimek and Joanne Moroz.
Berger Harris’s attorneys have worked on many high-profile matters in the areas of business litigation, structured finance, commercial real estate, and employment law. In addition to transactional work with a wide variety of national and international clients, Berger Harris attorneys practice in the Delaware Supreme Court, Superior Court, and Court of Chancery, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and other state and federal courts throughout the region.

Berger Harris has also made significant contributions to the community, with its attorneys performing pro bono work for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, the Girl Scouts, and the Office of the Child Advocate, among others.
